"An arpent is a unit of land measurement that was equivalent to a square arpent, or one hundred square perches, which is about 0.51 hectares. The forgotten arpent is a pure Pinot Blanc plot 'Val Moré' in Bar sur Seine, planted in 1954. Vinified 15% in oak barrels, it comes exclusively from this plot. A unique wine that must be discovered.

Nose: floral, fresh, and indulgent. Notes of white flowers, honey, white peach, with a slight mineral touch.

Palate: fine bubbles. The juice is lively and slightly lemony, with a hint of minerality on the finish.

Very pretty, elegantly fragrant, with a lovely tension on the palate. A favorite for this beautiful Pinot Blanc champagne!"
