Discover this wine from the “Terroir Fundamental Cuvées” range, which expresses the unique and complex terroir of Les Coteaux Sud d’Epernay: a plot with soft soil and Campanian chalk at a depth of 20 cm.

A single-vineyard cuvée from a west-facing site, showcasing Chardonnay with finesse and dimension. The vines were planted between 1953 and 1978. The soil is a softer chalk, naturally suited to Chardonnay, which thrives here. Vineyard work is organic, incorporating some biodynamic practices. This plot is cultivated entirely with horse-drawn plowing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging take place in barriques, with regular bâtonnage over 6 months, followed by three years of bottle aging on the lees. Fully aged in wood, no malolactic fermentation. Minimal dosage for a gentle rounding of this razor-sharp material. Super-elegant on the nose—highly refined and radiant.
