BLANC DE BLANCS VINTAGE

"Blanc de Blancs" stands for a wine exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes. Blanc de Blancs champagnes are excellent as an aperitif and as a matured vintage wine to accompany an entire meal. The family grower producer families Bonnaire from Grand Cru Cramant, Pierre Gimonnet from Cuis and Larmandier-Bernier from Vertus are located in the heart of the Côtes des Blancs on the most beautiful terroirs of Champagne. The region is famous for its limestone and chalk soils, which give champagne its minerality.
