ERIC RODEZ Les Beurys de Macération

Les Beurys is a single parcel chalky vineyard of Pinot Noir in Grand Cru Ambonnay with a vine age of approx. 40 years old. This is an expressive Rosé de Saignée made with maceration for 2.5 days, the base wine fermented in oak, no malolactic fermentation with an extra-brut dosage of 2.5 grams per litre. 5 years of cellar aging.

Tasting Note: Candied cherries, redcurrant, blackberry on the nose lead to a juicy, saline, chalky, round, palate that is very charming but pure and fresh.
