LEGRAS & HAAS Millésime

This Blanc de Blancs vintage Champagne comes from selected plots of an eastward facing hillside in Grand Cru Chouilly. A very fine expression of ripeness, fine texture that spreads across the palate, a wine that is almost too good for an aperitif, unless it continues to match an elegant dish. 

A Legras & Haas vintage must have two qualities : a certain austerity which announces a potential for development, but also a touch of originality, an unusual character which makes it exceptional. The 2015 vintage fullfills this criterea clearly. It combines an intense freshness and is pleasing to the palate with each sip.
