EGLY-OURIET Grand Cru Millésime is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from the best plots of the Grand Cru location in Ambonnay with south-south-east orientation with grapes exclusively from old vines. Conventional cultivation, manual harvesting in small boxes, spontaneous and thermoregulated fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ageing in barriques for 12 months, bottling without filtration.
