This cuvée is the precise expression of the Bouzy terroir through two parcels. The power of these south-facing Pinot Noir vines on the Montagne de Reims combines with the freshness and tension derived from the chalky subsoil. Viticultural practices: vines cultivated with respect for living organisms and natural balance.

Vinification:
• Grapes harvested at optimal ripeness, traditional pressing
• Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in barrels
• No malolactic fermentation
• Aged on fine lees

Dosage: disgorged à la volée, 2 g/l
