From the renowned Grand Cru village of Bouzy in the Montagne de Reims, this cuvée is a multifaceted "wine." CLOUET Vintage is an outstanding creation, powerful and intensive. This gastronomic wine is the perfect companion for meals, showcasing vibrant acidity with a long finish. After 7 years of aging on the lees with a minimal extra-brut dosage, the 2015 vintage is an exceptional wine. 2016 was a difficult year in Champagne but wines from Paul Clouet came up tops in the end.
