While the NV Cuvée Cuis 1er Cru has been produced for almost 100 years, this "premium" version is new and enriches the range with this very fine 2018 vintage champagne. After ageing on lees for 4 years. This is a great Blanc de Blancs champagne, fresh, elegant and full of finesse. This 100% Chardonnay 1er Cru Extra-Brut (5gr/l) is Cuis's finest and will amaze your taste buds!

Terroir : 85 % from “Croix-Blanche”, 15% from “les Roualles”

Vinification : Grapes harvested manually, split pressing, Cold settling, Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation, Malolactic fermentation, Elevated 6 months on lees, Cold Stabilization (-4°) and filtration on clay, Ageing in bottle on lies for more than 4 years

Dosage : EXTRA BRUT 5 g/l
