2021-vintage-based NV Cuvée 749 extra-brut with carton box

The Cuvée 749 consists mostly of vintage 2021, with the addition of reserve wines from previous vintages. The different plots (Ay, Dizy, Hautvillers - 72%, Avize and Oiry - 28%) give the champagne its own personality. The base wines were spontaneously fermented and aged in wooden barrels. The sunriped grapes from the onw vineyards of the house of Jacquesson never require more than an extra-brut dosage for you to fully enjoy their terroir style, this one has 2g/l. 

From this cuvée 186'372bottles, 9'002Magnums and 400 Jeroboams were produced.
