The Cuvée 748 consists mostly of vintage 2020, with the addition of reserve wines from previous vintages. The different plots (Ay, Dizy, Hautvillers, Avize and Oiry) give the champagne its own personality. The base wines were spontaneously fermented and aged in wooden barrels. The sunriped grapes from the onw vineyards of the house of Jacquesson never require more than an extra-brut dosage for you to fully enjoy their terroir style, this one has 2g/l.
From this cuvée 170'320 bottles, 8'850 magnums and 400 jeroboams.
