JACQUESSON Cuvée N° 747 Extra-Brut

The Cuvée 747 consists mostly of vintage 2019, with the addition of reserve wines from previous vintages. The different plots (Ay, Dizy, Hautvillers - 75%, Avize and Oiry - 25%) give the champagne its own personality. The base wines were spontaneously fermented and aged in wooden barrels. The sunriped grapes from the onw vineyards of the house of Jacquesson never require more than an extra-brut dosage for you to fully enjoy their terroir style, this one has 1.5g/l. 

From this cuvée 186'372 bottles, 9'002 Magnums and 400 Jeroboams were produced.
