Les Longues Voyes is a very special  single plot Blanc de Noirs produced in a very limited edition of only 3'000 bottles per year. These fine 100% Pinot Noir grapes always take a lot of time to get the best maturity. The wine is built in used Burgundy oak barrels which adds richness and complexity.
