45% Chardonnay from Grand Cru Chouilly, 23% Pinot Noir from Les Riceys, 22% Pinot Meunier from Leuvrigny
Beautiful rose petal colour, more intense than many Champagne Roses and the benefits will show on the nose and palate; wild strawberries from the Pinots and light citrus florality blend together on the nose, the fine expression of summer fruits leading to the palate, which is attractively fruity and refreshingly dry. A very well-presented Rose with Chardonnay from Chouilly and Pinot Noir from Les Riceys.
This Rosé is brilliantly put together, superbly balanced, beautifully smooth and elegant with that faint hint of tannin that reminds you of it’s heritage. Matured for 48 months on the lees.
