The Cuvée 746 consists mostly of vintage 2018, with the addition of reserve wines from previous vintages. Once again the brothers Chiquet managed to make a perfect assemblage. The different plots (Ay, Dizy, Hautvillers, Avize and Oiry) give the champagne its own personality. The base wines were spontaneously fermented and aged in wooden barrels. The sunriped grapes from the onw vineyards of the house of Jacquesson never require more than an extra-brut dosage for you to fully enjoy their terroir style, this one has 2g/l. 

From this cuvée 242'012 bottles, 9'770 magnums and 398 jeroboams were produced.
