## Description

Rare 2018 Blanc de Blancs from a single plot
After 2013, this is only the second edition of the Champagne La Pierre aux Larrons by Eric Rodez of the same-name parcel (lieu-dit) "La Pierre aux Larrons" which previously entered the blend of the Empreinte Blanche. 2018 being such a refined and quality led vintage it boosted this vineyard to stand on its own. Coming from more than 40 year old vines, vinification in small oak barrels and low dosage (1.5g/l) makes this is a superbly elegant 100% Chardonnay Champagne, full of delicious and fresh lemony citrus flavours balanced by an intense minerality.
